General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions for contracting the services offered on the website www.abarakaviatges.com shall be governed by Andorran legislation, and the offer and execution of contracts shall be carried out in Catalan.

The USER may freely access the website www.abarakaviatges.com.

The USER declares that all the information provided when making reservations is truthful and complete.

ABARAKA VIATGES RESPONSABLES reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel the terms and conditions applicable to the website. In any case, the terms and conditions in force at the time the reservation is made shall apply, or any subsequent terms if they are more favorable to the consumer’s interests.

ABARAKA VIATGES RESPONSABLES reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or services, at any time and without prior notice, from USERS who fail to comply with these GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Organiser Information and Scope of the General Terms and Conditions

The organiser of the package holidays offered is ABARAKA VIATGES RESPONSABLES, with NRT F-141292-X and registered office at C/Hort de Godí no. 11, AD200 Encamp (Principality of Andorra).

These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of ALL package holiday contracts entered into by the Organiser and are binding on both parties, together with the specific conditions agreed upon in the CONTRACT and, in particular, those established in the Programme–Quotation and those included in the travel documentation provided to the Traveller.

2. Contracting Process

2.1 Pre-contractual Information

Once the traveller requests the booking of a package holiday and prior to its formalisation, ABARAKA VIATGES RESPONSABLES shall prepare a Programme–Quotation containing a description of the main characteristics of the trip.

Likewise, the traveller shall be provided with general information regarding passport and visa requirements, as well as any health formalities necessary to undertake the trip and stay at the destination. The traveller shall also be advised on taking out travel assistance insurance covering repatriation expenses in the event of accident, illness, or death.

2.2 Programme–Quotation and Contract

The Programme–Quotation shall include the main characteristics of the trip and the price, which shall also be detailed in the Contract, together with the payment terms and methods.

The prepared Programme–Quotation shall be considered binding on the Organiser, except in any of the following circumstances:

  • If changes to such information have been clearly communicated, in a comprehensible manner and in writing, to the consumer prior to the final confirmation of the booking.

  • If, after confirmation of the booking, modifications occur and these are accepted by the traveller in accordance with the provisions set out in these General Terms and Conditions.

Before concluding the package travel contract, the Organiser shall communicate to the traveller, in a clear, comprehensible, and prominent manner and on an appropriate medium, any changes to the pre-contractual information.

2.3 Booking Request

Based on the prepared Programme–Quotation, the Traveller shall submit to the Organiser a firm booking request for the Package Holiday. Following this request, the Organiser undertakes to carry out the necessary arrangements with its suppliers in order to process the booking.

At the time of the booking request, the Traveller shall pay a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total trip amount, unless there are fewer than 30 days remaining before the departure date, in which case an alternative payment arrangement shall be agreed with the client.

The amount of the deposit shall be detailed in a Proforma Invoice, simultaneously informing the Traveller of the proposed payment schedule. If the booking is confirmed, the amount paid shall be deducted from the total trip price.

Once the deposit has been paid, the Organiser shall proceed to confirm the booking with its suppliers and shall inform the Traveller of any incident or modification affecting the planned trip, proposing alternative services where appropriate. Should the Traveller reject the proposed alternative services, the full amount paid shall be refunded, thereby terminating the initial contractual negotiations between both parties without either party being entitled to claim compensation.

2.4 Booking Confirmation

Once the final booking process with the suppliers has been completed, the booking shall be confirmed with the Traveller, at which point the package travel contract shall become binding on both parties.

If the consumer withdraws the booking request prior to the final confirmation, the deposited amount shall be refunded, less any reasonable management fees incurred.

2.5 Signature of the Contract

Once the booking has been confirmed, the Package Travel Contract shall be signed immediately. The present General Terms and Conditions, the prepared Programme–Quotation, and the standardised information for package travel contracts shall form an integral part thereof.

Once the booking confirmation deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed by the client, the Organiser shall also sign the contract and issue the corresponding invoice for the amount paid by the Traveller.

2.6 Final Payment of Outstanding Amounts and Delivery of Travel Documents

The available payment methods are:

  • PAYMENT BY BIZUM: The platform will request the amount, and the customer must authorise the payment, which will be automatically debited from the linked current account.

  • STANDARD BANK TRANSFER: Once the booking has been made, the client must complete payment within the following 24 hours for the accepted amount. The transfer reference must include the booking reference or concept number provided by the Organiser at the end of the booking process. Proof of transfer must be sent to the following email address: reserves@abarakaviatges.com.

Requesting a booking implies the client’s commitment to authorise the charge for the full amount of the contracted product, service, or package holiday.

The Traveller shall pay any outstanding amounts within the deadlines established in the signed contract.

Airline tickets must be paid for at the time the booking is formalised. This date is determined by the different airlines and shall be communicated to the client at the time the service is confirmed.

Once the final payment has been made, in accordance with the agreed payment schedule, which must take place no later than 30 days prior to the departure date, all relevant travel documentation shall be delivered to the Traveller.

Failure to pay the full trip price under the indicated conditions shall be understood as the consumer withdrawing from the requested trip, and the conditions established for trip cancellation by the Traveller prior to departure, as set out in section 4.2 of this document, shall apply.

3. Scope of the Contracted Services

3.1 Services Included in the Package Holiday

The Package Holiday includes everything expressly stated in the accepted Programme–Quotation, and in particular:

  1. Outbound and return transport to the final destination, when such service is included in the accepted quotation. The type of contracted transport, its characteristics, and category shall be specified in the Programme–Quotation. If not specified, it shall be understood that such services are contracted under standard category and economy class conditions.
  2. Accommodation shall be of the category specified in the Programme–Quotation. If not specified, it shall be understood that standard category accommodation, according to the destination area, has been contracted. Unless otherwise stated, the Programme–Quotation includes the price calculated per person in standard double occupancy accommodation and under the meal plan indicated therein.
  3. Taxes or charges applicable to transport and hotel establishments.
  4. Indirect taxes (IGI), where applicable.
  5. Any other services and supplements specifically detailed in the Programme–Quotation.

3.2 Services Excluded from the Package Holiday

The following services are expressly excluded:

  1. The obtaining of visas and vaccination certificates.
  2. Extras such as coffees, wines, spirits, mineral waters, special meal plans (including in half-board or full-board arrangements), laundry and ironing services, optional hotel services and, in general, any other service not expressly included in the quotation, invoice, or travel documentation.
  3. Optional excursions or visits: In the case of optional excursions or visits contracted at the destination, it should be noted that they do not form part of the package travel contract. Any reference made by the Organiser is purely informative. If contracted at the destination, such services shall be offered to the traveller independently, with their own specific conditions and final price, and their availability cannot be guaranteed until that specific moment.
  4. Special taxes for environmental protection, tourist taxes, or any taxes that may apply at the contracted destinations which are of a special nature and fall outside the standard taxes usually included in package holidays.
  5. Any services not included under section 3.1 of this document.

4. Assignment and Cancellation of the Trip by the Traveller Prior to the Start of the Trip

4.1 Assignment of the Booking

The traveller may transfer the package travel contract to another person who meets all the conditions applicable to the Package Holiday.

The assignment must be communicated in writing to the Organiser on an appropriate durable medium in order for such notification to be effective, and no later than 20 calendar days prior to the start of the package holiday.

Both the assignor and the assignee of the contract shall be jointly and severally liable to the Organiser for any outstanding amounts due under the agreed price, as well as for any commissions, surcharges, or additional costs arising from the assignment. Such costs must be reasonable and may not, in any case, exceed the actual costs incurred by the Organiser.

4.2 Withdrawal from the Contract by the Traveller Prior to Departure

At any time, the consumer or user may withdraw from the requested or contracted services and shall be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, but shall compensate the Organiser in the amounts detailed below, except where such termination is due to force majeure.

  • Payment of 100% of the management fees (equivalent to 10% of the total trip price).

  • Payment of 100% of the cost of any contracted insurance policies.

  • Air services: payment of 100% of the price of air services, except where the airline permits reimbursement and refund of taxes.

  • Ground services (including hotels, resorts, internal transport, tours, etc.): cancellation of ground services shall be governed by the specific cancellation policies of each contracted service provider and shall generally depend on the advance notice given for the cancellation and the travel season.

Unless the contract establishes more restrictive conditions, withdrawal shall entail the following penalties:

  • 40% if the withdrawal occurs more than 30 days and less than 40 days prior to the trip start date.

  • 70% if the withdrawal occurs between 29 and 22 days prior to the trip start date.

  • If the withdrawal occurs 21 days or less before the trip start date, the penalty shall be 100% of the contract price.

Excursions, tickets, shows, etc., contracted as an integral part of the package holiday, as well as those purchased by the consumer at the destination from the Organiser itself, shall be governed, with regard to cancellation fees, by their specific conditions. If the contract contains no specific reference in this regard, the penalty shall be 100% of their amount if the traveller fails to attend.

In the case of ground services subject to more restrictive cancellation conditions, the actual costs incurred shall be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy of the Hotel/Resort and the additional ground service providers contracted, as detailed in the specific conditions of the contract.

4.3 Termination of the Contract by the Traveller Prior to Departure Due to Force Majeure

Where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination or in its immediate vicinity which significantly affect the performance of the package holiday or the carriage of passengers to the destination, the traveller shall have the right to terminate the contract before the start of the trip without paying any penalty.

In such case, the traveller shall be entitled to a full refund of any payments made, but shall not be entitled to any additional compensation or indemnity. Under no circumstances shall the amount paid for contracted insurance policies be refundable.

4.4 Procedure for Assignment, Modification of the Contract, and Cancellation

The booking may be assigned, modified, or cancelled by sending an email to reserves@abarakaviatges.com.

Such communication must be received by the Organiser’s Agency on business days, taking into account the official calendar of the Principality of Andorra, from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00 hours (local time in the Principality of Andorra), in order to be considered effective. Otherwise, the date of communication of the assignment or modification of the booking shall be deemed effective at the start of the following business day.

5. Modification and Cancellation of the Trip by the Organiser

5.1 Price Revisions

The price of the package holiday has been calculated on the basis of exchange rates, transport costs derived from fuel or other energy sources, and the level of taxes or fees applicable to the travel services included in the contract and imposed by third parties not directly involved in the execution thereof, including taxes, duties, tourist surcharges, and landing, embarkation, or disembarkation fees at ports or airports applicable on the date of acceptance of the Programme–Quotation.

Any variation in the price of the aforementioned elements may give rise to a revision of the final trip price, strictly corresponding to the amount of the referred price variations.

Under no circumstances shall the trip price be revised upwards during the 20 days prior to the departure date of the trip, nor shall there be any price revision whatsoever if the traveller has already paid the full final price.

In any event, such modifications shall be notified to the Traveller in writing or by any other clear and comprehensible means that allows proof of the communication made. Where the modification is significant (exceeding 10%), the traveller may withdraw from the trip without penalty or accept the modification of the contract.

5.2 Modifications to the Trip Before Departure by the Organiser

5.2.1 Modification of Non-significant Elements

The Organiser reserves the right to unilaterally modify non-significant elements of the package holiday that are necessary for its proper execution before the start of the trip, and shall inform the Traveller of such modification. Said modification must be accepted by the Traveller without any right of withdrawal and/or compensation.

5.2.2 Substantial Modifications

If, before the departure of the trip, the Organiser is compelled to substantially modify any of the main characteristics of the travel services and/or is unable to fulfil any of the special requirements expressly accepted by the Organiser in the contract, or proposes an increase in the package holiday price exceeding 8%, the Organiser must immediately inform the Traveller thereof and propose the appropriate alternatives.

In such case, and unless the parties agree otherwise, the Traveller may choose between terminating the contract without penalty or accepting a modification of the contract specifying the changes made and their impact on the final price. A traveller who chooses to terminate the package travel contract may opt for a change of date within the schedule offered by the Organiser. The traveller must communicate their decision to the Organiser within 3 days following notification of the modification.

Should the Traveller choose to terminate the contract, they shall be entitled to the same rights set out in section 5.3.

5.3 Cancellation of the Trip Before Departure by the Organiser

The Organiser may cancel the contract and refund the Traveller in full for all payments made, but shall not be liable for additional compensation in the following cases:

  • The cancellation is attributable to the Traveller.

  • The number of persons registered for the package holiday is lower than the minimum number specified in the contract, and the Organiser notifies the Traveller of the cancellation within the period stipulated in the contract, which, unless otherwise stated, shall be 20 calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date.

  • The Organiser is prevented from performing the contract due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances and notifies the Traveller of the cancellation without undue delay before the start of the trip.

If the Organiser cancels the package holiday before the agreed departure date for any reason not attributable to the Traveller, the Traveller shall be entitled, from the moment the contract is terminated, either to a refund of all amounts paid or to undertake the trip on another date offered by the Organiser.

If the Traveller opts for termination of the contract, the Organiser shall reimburse all payments made within a period of 15 days.

5.4 Modification of the Trip After Departure

5.4.1 Modifications of Non-significant Elements

The Organiser reserves the right to unilaterally modify non-significant elements necessary for the proper completion of the trip once it has commenced. Such modifications shall not give rise to any right to compensation.

5.4.2 Modifications of Substantial Elements of the Trip

In the event that the Organiser does not provide, or determines that it cannot provide, a significant part of the services stipulated in the Contract, it shall adopt the appropriate alternative arrangements in order for the organised trip to continue. This shall be done without any additional supplement to the trip price.

The Traveller may only reject the proposed alternative arrangements if they are not comparable to the substituted services.

6. Obligation of the Organiser to Provide Assistance to the Traveller

The Organiser shall be obliged to provide the necessary assistance to any Traveller who is in difficulty.

The Organiser may charge a reasonable surcharge for such assistance if the difficulty has been caused intentionally or through the Traveller’s negligence. In any event, such surcharge shall not exceed the actual costs incurred in providing said assistance.

7. Liability

The Organiser shall be liable to the Traveller according to the obligations corresponding to its respective scope of management of the package holiday, as a consequence of the non-performance or improper performance of the contract.

Such liability shall cease where any of the following circumstances apply:

  • The observed defects are attributable to the Traveller.

  • Said defects are attributable to a third party unrelated to the provision of the services foreseen in the contract and are of an unforeseeable or unavoidable nature.

  • The defects are due to force majeure, understood as circumstances external to the party invoking them, abnormal and unforeseeable, the consequences of which could not have been avoided despite acting with all due diligence and promptness.

  • The defects are caused by an event which the Organiser could not have foreseen despite acting with due diligence.

  • There exists sufficient cause. Sufficient cause shall be understood as situations where, despite acting with due foresight and diligence, the contracted services cannot be provided for reasons not attributable to the Organiser.

7.2 Liability for Services Not Included in the Package Holiday

The rules governing contractual liability for package holidays shall not apply to services such as excursions, activities, attendance at sporting or cultural events, visits to exhibitions or museums, or other similar services that are not included in the accepted Programme–Quotation and which the client contracts optionally on the occasion of the trip or during its course.

If the Organiser intervenes in the contracting of such services, it shall be liable in accordance with the specific rules of the contract entered into.

Where the client has independently contracted transport services outside those included in the Programme–Quotation, the Organiser shall bear no responsibility whatsoever in relation to such legal relationship, and the Traveller may not make any claim in this regard.

Likewise, the Organiser shall not be liable for any incident related to transport independently contracted by the Traveller if it results in the impossibility of carrying out all or part of the contracted activities, the need to delay or cancel them, or, in general, any modification to the contracted travel plan, without any entitlement to compensation or claim.

Insurance policies contracted by the Organiser shall not cover any contingency that may arise in relation to transport or services privately contracted by the Traveller and not included in the package holiday services.

7.3 Limits on Compensation for Damages

7.3.1 With regard to the limit of compensation for damages resulting from the non-performance or improper performance of the services included in the Package Holiday, the provisions of the legislation in force on the matter shall apply.

7.3.2 In the absence of specific applicable regulations and except in cases of bodily injury or damage caused intentionally or through negligence, the amount of compensation may not exceed three times the total price of the trip.

7.3.3 When an airline cancels a flight due to rescheduling, a technical problem, strike, catastrophe, coup d’état, or other abnormal and unforeseeable reasons, causing a significant delay, it shall be solely responsible for providing due assistance and care to the affected passengers and shall be liable in accordance with the legislation in force regarding passenger assistance.

In some cases, certain flight segments are operated by special airlines that do not appear on the electronic ticket or booking confirmation due to the use of codeshare agreements and arrangements between airlines. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for this, as flights always depend on the issuing airline.

Once check-in has been completed at the corresponding airport, the passenger becomes the responsibility of the airline and must contact the airline in the event of delay, cancellation, overbooking, etc. For this reason, we advise informing the Organiser as soon as any change to a flight or departure time is communicated. If such notice is not given, the transfer shall not be refunded, as the local representative waits at the destination airport for up to 45 minutes after the passenger’s scheduled flight arrival time and will therefore charge for the service. Airlines may decide to make an unscheduled technical stop en route due to technical issues, weather conditions, etc., without this being the responsibility of the Organiser.

Transfers by seaplane, speedboat, and/or domestic flights may be subject to changes in schedule and duration in the event of adverse weather conditions, as well as for technical or operational reasons. This may also, in some cases, involve stops at intermediate points during the journey. In such cases, the Organiser shall not be held responsible, as these types of transfers are managed directly or indirectly by the hotels.

7.3.4 When the trip is carried out by coach, train, boat, seaplane, or any other means of transport contracted directly or indirectly by the Organiser, in the event of an accident, the Traveller must file the relevant claim against the transport company in order to safeguard, where applicable, any compensation under the latter’s insurance policy. The Organiser shall assist and advise the Traveller free of charge in such procedures.

7.3.4.1 In the case of transfers using special means of transport such as seaplanes or light aircraft, whose baggage regulations are very strict, excess baggage on the part of the Traveller may result in a significant additional cost or in the baggage being unable to be transported on the same flight. It is always recommended to carry hand luggage in order to avoid possible inconvenience.

8. Claims Against the Organiser

8.1 Internal Claims Handling Procedure

Without prejudice to any legal actions available to them, the Traveller may submit written claims to the Organiser for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract. Such communication must be made by email within a maximum period of 30 days from the end of the trip.

The claim shall be answered as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days, the claimant shall receive a duly reasoned response.

GENERAL INFORMATION TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT – VERY IMPORTANT

A – SCOPE OF THE PACKAGE HOLIDAY SERVICES

  1. Restricted Fares

Unless otherwise indicated by the client, it shall be understood that the client requests the least expensive services. Such services (e.g. “economy class fares”) may be provided without the possibility of modification or cancellation. In these cases, the services may not be provided differently or at a different time or place from those contracted.

  1. Hotels

2.1 General

The quality and content of the services provided by the hotel shall be determined by the official tourist classification, where applicable, assigned by the competent authority of the country in which the hotel is located.

The hotel accommodation service shall be considered provided whenever the room has been made available to the client for the corresponding night, regardless of whether, due to circumstances inherent to the package holiday, check-in occurs later than initially scheduled. In the case of bed and breakfast arrangements, unless otherwise specified, the breakfast included shall be the standard breakfast of the destination. The hotel may request a credit card from clients upon arrival to cover extraordinary expenses not included in the package travel contract.

2.2 Changes in Hotel Management

The Organiser shall not be responsible for changes in hotel management occurring after the booking of the Trip, nor for the repercussions and/or resulting changes that such changes may entail (name, services, establishment category, partial closure of facilities, etc.), although any such changes shall, where possible, be communicated to the client.

2.3 Apartments

When making the booking, the client is solely and exclusively responsible for correctly declaring the number of persons who will occupy the apartment, including children of any age. Clients are advised that apartment management may legally refuse entry to persons not declared, and no claim may be made in this regard.

In some cases, additional beds or cots may be available and must be requested by clients prior to the conclusion of the contract. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such additional services shall not be included in the published apartment price.

  1. Air Travel

3.1 General

Air transport may be operated on scheduled airlines or special charter flights, as specified in the corresponding Programme–Quotation.

The scheduled air transport included in the price corresponds to the basic class offered by airlines to tour operators. These seats are limited economy class seats made available by airlines for sale by package holiday organisers, at reduced fares subject to special contractual conditions, which may in some cases not allow refunds, booking changes, or ticket transfers. If, at the time of booking, no seats are available in said class, seats in a higher fare class or with another airline different from the original offer may be provided, subject to payment of an additional supplement, if available.

Services offered on days involving air transport shall only be included where permitted by the confirmed flight departure and arrival times. This may determine the availability or otherwise of free time or, in the case of trips that include onward transport from the destination airport to another location, the existence of waiting periods depending on the arrival time of flights carrying other consumers travelling on the same itinerary.

It is common for airlines to enter into agreements with other airlines to jointly operate flights. For this reason, the aircraft used for the journey may belong to an airline different from the one indicated in the confirmed flight.

3.2 Airport Check-in

For trips involving air travel, passengers must arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to the official departure time (three hours in the case of checked baggage). In all cases, the specific recommendations indicated in the travel documentation must be strictly followed.

Travellers are advised to reconfirm flight departure times 24 hours in advance.

  1. Group Travel

4.1 Prices

Prices for group trips are based on a minimum of 10 people travelling together for the entire itinerary from the consolidation point, except for trips where a different minimum is specified. We recommend checking the specific characteristics of each trip. The fact that the group travels with a number of people above the minimum does not imply a price reduction.

4.2 Right of Admission and Expulsion

The proper development of the trip depends on a normal degree of harmony within the group. Therefore, any member who disrupts or harms such coexistence may be excluded from the trip.

4.3 Documentation

For group trips, for organisational and safety reasons, the guide may carry the documentation proving accommodation bookings, airline tickets, and other services.

B – INFORMATION, DOCUMENTATION, AND OTHER TRAVEL FORMALITIES

1.1 Information to Be Provided by the Traveller in Order to Formalise the Booking

  • Details of valid passports for all travellers at the time of travel, including full names and surnames, document number, nationality, place and date of issue, as well as the expiry date. The Organiser may request all personal data necessary for the contracting of insurance policies, issuance of invoices, or other procedures required for the proper execution of the trip.

  • Information regarding any illness, condition, allergy, or disability that should be taken into consideration for the proper request of services or organisation of the trip.

  • Information regarding the actual age of all travellers at the time the trip takes place, particularly in the case of minors, for the purpose of possible travel adaptations. Any costs arising from changes that may need to be made to bookings or tickets due to incorrect information regarding age or any other identity-related data of passengers shall be borne by the traveller. The Organiser shall not be responsible for information not correctly provided by the traveller.

  • Bed distribution for each type of room: single room, double room with double bed, double room with twin beds, extra bed, etc. (always subject to availability and the suitability of the accommodation facilities).

The Organiser shall not be responsible for booking errors attributable to the traveller or caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

1.2 Passport, Visa, Administrative and/or Health Regulations

All users, without exception (including children), must carry all required valid personal and family documentation. Obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., where required in order to undertake the trip, shall be the sole responsibility of the traveller.

In the event that the granting of a visa is refused by any authority due to reasons specific to the Traveller, or entry into the country is denied due to failure to comply with any required condition or due to deficiencies in the documentation, the Organiser declines all responsibility for such events. Any resulting expenses shall be borne by the Traveller, and the conditions and rules applicable to voluntary cancellation of services shall apply.

1.2.1 Passport

A valid passport is required for all trips offered by the Organiser. For this reason, travellers are advised to confirm with the issuing authorities the validity of the documents of all passengers involved in the trip. Immigration regulations in certain foreign countries require that the traveller’s passport remain valid for a minimum period after entry into that country, which may be up to 9 months. If the traveller’s passport is within its final year of validity, the Traveller is advised to confirm the entry requirements for the destination before planning the trip.

The details indicated in the passport must match those shown on the ticket; otherwise, the client may be denied travel and insurance policies may become invalid.

If, after booking a holiday but before travelling, any member of the group changes their name, this must be notified to the Organiser.

1.2.2 Visa

The Client must ensure compliance with immigration entry requirements and that all necessary documentation, such as passports and visas (transit, work, tourist, or other), are valid and comply with any other entry requirements of the destination country.

Likewise, the Client must verify any visa requirements applicable to countries through which transit is required.

Entry requirements may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality, reason for travel, duration of stay, etc. Similarly, such requirements may change over time due to regulatory amendments or other circumstances.

Prior to booking, the traveller must verify passport and visa requirements, including the time needed to obtain them, as well as any specific recommendations related to the destination.

Clients must also ensure that they are aware of any changes to visa requirements prior to the start of the trip.

1.2.3 Health

Recommendations regarding vaccinations required for travel may change over time depending on specific circumstances affecting the destination country. For this reason, the traveller should consult their doctor before departure to determine whether any action is necessary in this regard. It is the Traveller’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all health entry requirements, to obtain any necessary vaccinations and medication, and to follow medical advice related to the trip.

1.2.4 Risks at Destination Countries

Although the majority of international trips offered by the Organiser are completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risks than others. The Organiser urges travellers to consult all prohibitions, warnings, notices, and travel advice issued by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of their respective countries before booking travel to international destinations.

By offering travel to international destinations, the Organiser neither guarantees nor accepts responsibility for whether travel to such places is advisable or free from risk to the traveller.
